We are a small family company and still answer all of your questions personally.  Because of this personal connection to the products we sell, you can expect that we will answer all of your questions promptly,  honestly and accurately.   

We pride ourselves in a quick shipping turnaround. Because we do not drop ship from a remote warehouse, most orders are shipped within one business day of confirmed payment.  We have set up our store pages for shipping with the most efficient method of shipping. If you have a preferred method for shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Special "FIT GUARANTEEE" return policy for ski or snowboard boots:

  • Please take 3 days from the day you receive your boots to decide if they are the right boots for you.
  • We recommend trying  them on with a mid-weight sock specifically designed for skiing or riding which means there should be NO cotton in the sock.
  • If  you decide the boots do not fit, you must notify us by phone or e-mail that you are returning the boots, and return them with the original packing list inside the box. 
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

 

 

IMPORTANT:  The boots must not have been worn outside or show any wear and tear.  If the boots are received in like new condition, your PayPal or Credit Card account will be credited for the full sales amount, including outbound shipping charges.
