Many of the brands we sell require us to sign UMAP (Unilateral Minimum Advertised Price) agreements. This is the lowest price we are allowed to advertise. We can sell at any price we choose. We encourage you to take advantage of this unique feature with a reasonable offer. Please fill the form completely and don't forget to include the dollar amount of your offer. If we accept, we will send an invoice to your email inbox. Unreasonable offers are simply ignored.
Shipping: We pride ourselves in a quick shipping turnaround. Because we do not drop ship from a remote warehouse, most orders are shipped within one business day of confirmed payment.

Return Policy: You may return or exchange new merchandise within 14 days for a full refund (less outgoing shipping charges) if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You must return the item at your expense in unused condition with the original packaging and original packing list (or a copy). We reserve the right to inspect the return and if we determine that the product is not in original condition, you will receive a partial refund based on our estimate of the resale value.
